• "Services" refers to export coordination, product development, customization, and related services.

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices are FOB (Free on Board) unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept payment via bank transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and other methods as agreed
• A deposit may be required before production begins
• Full payment terms will be outlined in proforma invoices

As an export-oriented company:

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedules, order volume, and logistics
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events
• Shipping terms (Incoterms) will be specified in the sales contract
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer as per agreed Incoterms

For customized or OEM orders:

• Design specifications must be confirmed in writing before production begins
• Sample orders may be required and charged separately
• Intellectual property rights for custom designs remain as agreed in the specific contract
• We maintain confidentiality of client designs and specifications

We maintain ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management standards. Quality claims must be reported within 14 days of receiving shipment with photographic evidence. Our liability for quality issues is limited to replacement or credit for the affected products.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, designs, and product photographs, is the property of JUTEXO and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

JUTEXO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

1. Good-faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration under the rules of the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC)
